Joe’s sucks…

Joe’s sucks…. They didn’t fulfill my order and after two calls and over an hour later I got a $10 credit that wasn’t good toward the items I wanted to order. My most recent order will be my last. You must understand going in that the discount you receive will come directly from customer service and just hope that your order isn’t screwed up. I recommend paying full price from the NB website. or Zappas, as Joe’s has gotten progressively worse over the years….

Scam Artists

Waiting three weeks for my order, they sent a shipping link UPS, but never shipped the sneakers. Called and the automated message says to email or text, did so and waited the full five days for someone to get back to me . Nothing !
Very Shady !!! Stay away from these scam artists !

Great experience. Couldn’t be better.

I ordered softball cleats for my daughter on Tuesday & they were already here Thursday. Great price, perfect transaction, no problems at all. Will order from here again.

Poor Joe's New Balance Service…Lost Their Way

Like many other bad Joe's New Balance reviews, I have now experienced the same poor service. My particular issue is a refund that I have waited for that has reached two weeks. I called the customer service line and after only waiting 5 minutes I was told my refund was still being processed. So I told the poor customer service representative that I will never order from them again. I'm now shopping at Amazon with free shipping and free returns. Now that's world class service.

This is a real crummy company

This is a real crummy company. I found a pair of womens NB for trails (allrounders) and ordered them in 9,5. My daughter called to say my previous ones were a 9 and they were perfect. So 2 hours after I odered and could not find it on their site, I called to ask to change or cancel it and was told its not possible. Now it should be 13$ to send them back! Impolite, price in Ebay lot lower and free shipping and still they were not willing to even change the size before shipping them out 2 dayd later!

Shoes are great. Returns are expensive and customer service not always helpful.

I bought 8 pair of shoes from this website in the last couple of months. One pair was too loud in color and another I realized after ordering was the same style as a pair that doesn't have the kind of support I want. I also bought a jacket that turned out to be too small. I returned the two pairs of shoes along with the jacket in the same box with different return slips. I received a return for one pair of shoes and the jacket but have yet to receive a return for the other pair. Twice I've called, and the first young man was helpful. And told me they had written in the notes that they found an "unexpected item" in the box and it would delay my return. The problem is that all 3 items were separately ordered and each had a separate return sheet. I telephoned again today since another week has passed since I received the first return and the woman was rude and unhelpful. Rather than passing on my concern, she told me to wait 3 more days and then telephone again. Welp, I work. Every day. No one should have to spend so much time chasing down a return when you've spent a good deal of money with their company AND the returns are very expensive which means you don't get much of discount of the shoes don't work. She said each item should have been returned separately which of course is untrue because they returned my money for the more expensive shoe and the jacket. Customer service matters. And, the cost of returns matters as well.

Order Canceled, then shipped. F for Terrible Service.

01/12/21 - ordered one pair online. confirmation email received.
01/20/21 - I tried to track my order online, but it said no order found. I then text the customer service number with order # and email (as auto-reply asked for)
01/21/21 - "Sorry your order was canceled. You have not been charged. The preauthorization taken will fall off, usually within 5 business days."
- I replied asking if there was a reason it was cancelled.
- the reply to my inquiry was the exact same response as above.
- SO, i thought, oh well, it's just $40, I'll find something else
01/25/21 - i get an email confirming my order and that the order shipped, so I text same support number stating the order was canceled.
01/26/21 - text back, "thanks for texting Joes! order number XXXXXX has been shipped. Tracking #: XXXX"
- I replied, "I was just told on Thursday 1/21 that it was canceled...what gives?"
- their reply: "your order shipped and you can track your order here...(insert web link)."
- I replied, "I understand that it shipped. My questions is WHY did it ship? I was told this order was canceled."
I am awaiting a reply, but don't expect anything of use in return. Terrible customer service. How can someone operate like this? I'll update if anything of fruition blooms, but won't be holding my breath.

01/26/21 their reply: "Our system tried again to resubmit your order and it went through. When we first originally looked into your order it did show as it was not processed and this is why we have responded as it was canceled. We do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience."
- my reply, "Why would the system try to resubmit it if it was canceled? There is literally a 10 business day difference between. Please issue a refund. You stated my card would not be charge and confirmed a cancellation. This isn't acceptable."
Will again update if they do reply. I now know why you can't leave google reviews. I should've done my due diligence and looked for reviews before making a purchase.

01/27/21 - their reply: "we do apologize that you haven't received your item. We have submitted a Credit Request for the full amount to be refunded back to it's original form of payment. Please allow 10 business day to receive the refund back to you.
I replied: Thank you for understanding and rectifying the situation.
I'm keeping my 1 star review until the matter is fully settled.

02/03/21 - the shoes still delivered, so now I'm at a loss as to whether or not to expect a refund. I wanted these shoes, but not through this headache of a process. At this point, I don't care nor do I expect a refund. I'm bumping my review to 2 stars.

02/12/21 - a refund was issued to my account. a month long ordeal for a pair of shoes. I only want to give this 2.5 stars because they eventually did what they said they would do.

Horrible service and resolution

After waiting 11 days for my shoes to arrive. I reached out and was not able to contact anyone about my order that was not noticed in there tracking system? so after texting and a day later they say my order was canceled? with no reason given?? called again no responce. used there online help chat and all you get is a bot? Horrible way to do business online.

I've ordered twice from here and…

I've ordered twice from here and haven't had any issues. Received my shoes as ordered and in a timely manner. One pair I've had for almost a year, and they are still in great condition.

Good Experience

Placed an order and received my shoes 2 days later. I buy New Balance women's Fresh Foam Vongos frequently from full priced running shoe stores and I can assure you these are the real deal. The style/colors are likely a season or two ago, hence the very low price. Good experience.

I bought over a dozen pair from here

I bought over a dozen pair from here. I only wear one pair. They easily last two years clean easy with oxyclean. Made in Korea or wherever they are very comfortable shoes. Made way better than Walmart.
